Paulina H. Huertas
Founder
Paulina founded Lanza after a career spanning finance, operations, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Her experience has taught her that strong results come from understanding the numbers, listening well, and bringing people together around a shared purpose.
Her real estate experience includes owning and operating long-term and short-term rentals, investing alongside partners, and providing private capital for real estate projects. She approaches each investment with discipline, curiosity, and genuine care for the people involved. Through Lanza, she is building a company where sound decisions, meaningful collaboration, and lasting value reinforce one another.
